Interesting vehicles in the East Village

On my way to the hairdresser I encountered thtis gentleman with his caravan - helping people get paternity tests. He wanted to lure me in to find out who my daddy was... ;-) Slightly creepy...
But a good initiative I guess - they also offer free healthcare and HIV tests in these caravans...
Something like the NHS in the UK I think.
