Blizzard alert - Noreaster approaching

And again, my office is going crazy with people freaking out because of a few inches of snow coming our way tomorrow. We were told to take our laptops home and be prepared to stay inside. I remember that they were right for Sandy though so I made sure I prepare this time. Might still need to get some candles- you never know about the power here. The super bowl showed us that power outages happen all the time and infrastructure in this country might even be worse than people think...

I was going to host a cookie baking, egg coloring party tomorrow but am not sure how many people are actually going to show up. The poor people who we are making them for will not have a way of escaping the storm so I'm assuming the charity event is still on... But only time will tell- will keep you posted. At least it never seems to get boring in this city.
