So basically this is a circuit training program with different stations where you have to do squats, sit ups, push ups, planks and so on. To describe it in one word: exhausting! And the TRX elements, working with your own body weight? The worst part!!


The coach was really fit and kept on coming around, pushing us - I really couldn't do it anymore and he kept on saying, try harder. I'm not sure how healthy the whole thing is though... But then again, sometimes you need to be pushed - and again, my core really isn't as strong as it should be.
The next one I really want to try is core fusion. But I'm sure I'll really suck at that one too.

Am already sore now and will be very sore tomorrow...
