So this was an interesting one- the beer tasted a lot of hazelnut. A little strange for a beer, you might say and rightly so. But the food they paired this with- a cranberry and brie pizza with arugula leaves, was simply delicious and a great combination with that particular sweet beer. Apparently they added some of the beer to the dough so it pretty much picked it up in the dish- by far my favorite course. I attested to that by eating two servings- hmmmmm.
Want to make it myself - and not being much of a cook u don't say that about a lot of things...
